Purchase and Use Agreement
By purchasing products from White Light Candle Company, LLC you as the Purchaser agree to the following terms and conditions:

2. Legal Eligibility to Purchase
White Light Candle Company, LLC sells products only to individuals legally eligible to purchase and own them. By placing an order, you confirm that:

3. Assumption of Risk and Indemnification

4. Limitation of Liability
White Light Candle Company, LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, or special damages resulting from the use or misuse of its products, including candle burning, improper handling, or failure to follow instructions. This limitation applies regardless of the legal basis for the claim.
5. Jurisdiction and Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which White Light Candle Company, LLC operates. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in that state’s courts.
