RETURN POLICY.
At White Light Candle Co., we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or refund under the following conditions:
1. Return Eligibility
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of purchase.
- Items must be in their original, unused condition, including all packaging and components.
2. Return Process
- Request a Return Authorization: Contact us at whitelightcandleco123@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Prepare Your Return: Securely package the item in its original packaging and include the RMA number.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as the Company is not liable for lost returns.
3. Refunds and Exchanges
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will determine eligibility.
- If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within seven (7) business days.
- You will receive an email notification once your return is processed.
4. Defective or Damaged Products
